Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin invites applicants for a Student Associate in the Student Organizations unit within the Office of the Dean of Students. Based in the SOC, you will be the primary contact for student organizations, providing accurate information and guiding services and resources.

This hands-on, student-facing role supports workshops, peer coaching and daily operations, with in-person, email and phone communication across the Longhorn community.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for student organizations, providing accurate information and answering questions about Student Organizations services and resources.
• Based in the Student Organization Center (SOC), supports student organizations through workshops, peer coaching and daily operations.
• Communications will take place in person, over email and by phone with members of the Longhorn community.
