Job summary

University of Texas at Austin seeks a Senior Student Consultant to support the UT Support Center, In Person services, ET service owners and campus partners. This role involves monitoring calls and tickets, compiling data, and producing KPI reports while contributing to process improvements.

The position is 19 hours per week, remote within Austin, with a flexible schedule from 7 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Start date around Oct 2026; prior experience in service desks is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; enrolled or in last consecutive semester with 6+ credit hours.
• Team collaboration with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Service Desk, call center and customer service processes.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with call and ticket monitoring through timely review of recorded calls and tickets.
• Assist team with weekly, monthly and end-of-fiscal-year KPIs, reports and metrics.
• Other duties, as assigned.
