Kaweah Health is seeking a Student Nurse Intern to support RN-led patient care on the 4S Ortho/Neuro unit in Visalia, CA. You will collaborate with the care team, help formulate plans of care with patients, and document in the EMR under RN supervision.

Requirements include enrollment in an accredited RN program (ASN with 3rd semester, BSN with 4th semester). Kaweah Health/Unitek partnerships and required BLS and crisis intervention training are noted.

Qualifikationen

• ASN: enrolled in RN program, complete 3rd semester
• BSN: enrolled in RN program, complete 4th semester
• Submit updated transcript to HR each term
• Participation in Kaweah Health/Unitek nursing program partnership

• Collaborates with patient, family, and health-care team under RN supervision
• Contributes to care plan decisions with patient involvement
• Document care in EMR promptly after care
• Perform bedside care tasks as skills are validated

Ausbildung

ASN: Enrollment in RN program with completion of 3rd semester

BSN: Enrollment in RN program with completion of 4th semester

CA Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred)

BLS certification (required)

Crisis Intervention Training within 60 days
