Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Assist with hygiene, nutrition, and daily living needs as assigned.
• Participate in hourly patient rounding and respond to call lights.
• Support care delivery with the health care team as assigned.
• Maintain clean patient rooms and adhere to PPE and infection control policies.
• Communicate clearly with the RN and team regarding patient needs.
