Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Network equipment staging, labeling, inventory, and preparation for deployment.
• Review incoming service requests and gather information for troubleshooting; perform basic troubleshooting and document results.
• Assist with creating and maintaining network documentation and equipment records.
• Support network engineering staff with operational tasks and projects as assigned.
