Qualifications

• Currently employed as an Entry Level Technician for 300+ hours by the start of a spring or fall semester.
• Strong communications demonstrated in application materials.
• Ability to follow documented Policy, Process & Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, chat, and in-person technology support to faculty, staff, and students for KU computing systems and KU IT services.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires; reinforce departmental standards during training.
• Assist with special projects, administrative reports, and other responsibilities as assigned.
