You will research, write, and edit for Nevada Today and newsletters, conduct interviews, apply AP style, and participate in multimedia projects. Part-time, up to 20 hours/week, with potential events and promotions support.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit editorial content for Nevada Today, e-newsletters, annual report, and other publications.
• Conduct professional interviews to gather quotes and context; identify multimedia elements.
• Apply AP style and follow brand guidelines for clarity and consistency.
• Draft scripts for multimedia pieces based on interviews.
• Learn and use CMS to upload stories; learn Emma to publish e-newsletters.
• Pull monthly analytics reports on digital engagement and readership.
• Draft captions, repurpose stories into web content, and assist with social posts.
