ITS Logistics in Reno, NV seeks a Student Worker to join the Logistics Sales team. You will track shipments, ensure data integrity, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You'll support updating customer portals, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and help maintain SOPs while balancing school commitments. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Current student with 20-29 hours per week availability.
• Office in Reno, NV; prefer schedules that can be in the office earlier in the day (e.g., 3 days a week from 7am - 1pm).
• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain management, or customer service.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Positive attitude and high energy with a desire to contribute to a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
