Job summary

The University of Chicago's Pritzker School of Medicine seeks a Student Programs Manager to support the Student Affairs & Programs unit. You will coordinate student events, manage timelines, and provide high-level administrative and logistical support to advance medical education experiences.

You will liaise with faculty and students, maintain websites and calendars, and monitor reimbursements and vendor payments using Oracle, GEMS, and related systems. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.
• Experience in academic/medical center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student events and serve as liaison among faculty, students, staff and families.
• Support Wellness Initiative and student-run Free Clinics and community outreach.
• Provide admin support to Deans of Students and Executive Director of Student Affairs.
