Job summary

You will report to the Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Student Life, supervise staff, and contribute to annual reporting and special initiatives on campus. A Bachelor's degree is required with significant related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 36 months in student programming, student services or closely related experience.
• Equivalency: 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 84 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Student Life; coordinate programs and budget for the office.
• Review, edit, and interpret student policy.
• Coordinate staff development programs; liaise with functional units in Student Life.
• Handle high pressure and sensitive conversations with students and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate and compile the annual report.
• Assist with community-wide initiatives and special projects for the Office of Student Life.
• Assist the director with day-to-day activities and manage office operations.
