Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in student affairs, leadership, or student organizations.
• Master’s degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RSOs and student leadership development, and coordinate advisory for two fraternity and sorority governing councils.
• Manage budgets for student activities and ensure purchasing compliance.
• Serve as CampusGroups administrator for event tracking, communications, and training.
• Advise council operations, governance, and leadership development across multiple student organizations.
• Coordinate recruitment/intake processes and education plans for the councils.
• Collaborate with alumni advisors and campus partners to support student engagement policies.
