Job summary

You will respond to inquiries, monitor progress, and maintain records to support student success. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in academic advising/higher education, along with leadership and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• Minimum 72 months of experience in academic advising/higher education.
• Equivalency/substitution accepted: Master's with 48 months, or Doctorate with 24 months.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees student degree planning and monitors progress toward degree completion.
• Communicates program policies and guidance based on student needs.
• Leads onboarding and professional development for advising staff.
• Develops and sustains outreach and coordination with campus resources.
• Maintains student records and responds to inquiries promptly.
