Job summary

Ohlone College is seeking a Student Life Coordinator to plan, organize, and implement programs serving our diverse student body. This role supports Student Life, ASOC, and student clubs, collaborating with the community to enhance engagement and co-curricular learning.

Under supervision of the Director of Student Life, you will manage events from concept to evaluation, advise student leaders, monitor budgets, and ensure compliant, inclusive programming across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to student services.
• 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Evidence of responsiveness to and understanding of diverse backgrounds and equity-minded practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, lead, and assess events and activities in support of Student Life.
• Advise and assist student government members and clubs on operations and compliance.
• Develop, prepare, and edit documents and procedures for the Office of Student Life.
