Job summary

The Coordinator of Student Life at Hill College District oversees student activities, student organizations, and intramural programming across campuses. You will respond to student needs, promote student success, retention, and leadership development, and support instructional and student services programming.

This exempt, district-wide role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with the Dean of Students and Athletics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Leadership, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in student life or related field; two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee student activities and organizations.
• Manage SGA elections, meetings, travel, and fiscal oversight.
• Develop, manage, and monitor student activities and budgets; ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Collaborate with Residential Life on residence hall programming and check-in processes.
• Promote student engagement through strategic programming and marketing of events.
