Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in higher education student services.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work the assigned schedule including peak enrollment periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide quality customer service to all visitors and students.
• Assist in-person and online students with college resources.
• Support campus-wide events and partnerships with community organizations.
• Track and collect data of student activities events and walk-in traffic.
• Contribute to process improvements for better student experience.
• Maintain Student Activities materials, websites, and social media presence.
