Valor Christian High School seeks a Student Leadership Coordinator and Instructional Faculty to guide Valor’s student leaders and teach two sections of the Student Leadership course. The role requires evenings and weekends for supervision and events on campus.

The position emphasizes biblical values, community building, and collaboration with faculty and departments to deliver a comprehensive leadership curriculum and engaging student events, including homecoming and service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading student leadership programs or extracurricular activities with a ministry focus.
• Strong planning and event management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to partner with parents and staff.
• Experience in faith-based educational settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Valor’s Student Leadership Program.
• Teach two sections of the Student Leadership course.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership curriculum.
• Plan, promote, supervise, and evaluate student events and activities.
• Collaborate with Academics, Athletics, Discovery, and Arts+Media departments and marketing teams.
• Oversee annual selection of Student Leadership Vice Presidents (VPs).
• Engage with Valor Parent Association to support student events.
• Integrate Biblical truth and Christian values into curriculum and instruction.
