Qualifications

• Coaching experience in the relevant sport.
• Experience mentoring student-athletes.
• Ability to relate to high-school athletes.
• Strong communication with parents and fellow coaches.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in planning and executing practices and games.
• Foster a growth-morality culture and Christian character in athletes.
• Model servant leadership and teamwork in daily interactions.
• Collaborate with Valor Athletics staff and parents.
