The University of Iowa seeks a Coordinator for Student Leadership Development and Training to design and deliver training for student organizations and advise leaders. You will oversee registration, compliance, and software systems while guiding leadership programs and campus partnerships.

Responsibilities include program assessment, development of engagement initiatives, and supervision of student staff, with a focus on inclusive, collaborative student life at Iowa City campus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Experience in advising, developing, coordinating, and evaluating student organization programming.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and work in a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Master's degree preferred in student affairs or higher education administration.
• Experience with CampusLabs or similar software.
• Experience in campus programming with admin and leadership focus.
• Experience in program assessment and research (quantitative/qualitative).
• Knowledge of University policies and regulations.
• Background check and credential verification required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver student organization training programs.
• Provide advising and consultation to student organizations.
• Manage registration and compliance processes for student orgs.
• Administer Anthology Engage and related systems.
• Plan leadership programs like ISLE, Leadership Launch, LADs, and SOD Day.
• Assess and enhance student engagement programs.
• Support policy education and organizational accountability.
• Build partnerships with campus departments and stakeholders.
• Promote involvement and engagement across the campus.
• Supervise student workers and support staff.
