Job summary

Insights Training Group, LLC is seeking a Leadership Coordinator to develop, implement, and oversee student leadership programs. You will coordinate with management to establish a high-functioning leadership program, organize the Student Government Association (SGA), and promote SGA activities on center and in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years related experience in education.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate leadership development training for students.
• Provides oversight of the Student Government Association including weekly meetings, activities and SGA Committees.
• Promote involvement in student activities, and community service.
• Ensures the Student Government Association operates within DOL, Corporate and center plans including the Student Benefit Fund.
• Exhibits and promotes modeling, mentoring, and monitoring each of the eight Career Success Standards (CSS).
• Participates in the Center Management Teams.
