Lindenwood University is seeking a Program Coordinator for Student Organizations to support development, engagement, and success of campus student groups. You will collaborate with campus partners to strengthen involvement and leadership opportunities while ensuring organizations comply with university policies.

The role emphasizes advising leaders, coordinating registrations, coordinating events, and promoting leadership experiences within a dynamic campus setting.

Qualifications

• Equivalents may be considered in education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations and engagement of student organizations; acts as primary contact.
• Maintains records: rosters, constitutions, bylaws, documentation in the engagement platform.
• Coordinates registration and re-registration for student organizations.
• Advises leaders on operations, leadership development, event planning, policies.
• Advises when no faculty advisor is assigned; provides interim support.
• Acts as event consultant; coaches leaders on planning, logistics, risk management.
• Supports involvement initiatives like fairs and programs to boost visibility.
• Implements and assesses Lion Leadership Experience to strengthen leadership.
• Evaluates initiatives and recommends improvements based on data and trends.
• Ensures adherence to policies and regulations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Master’s degree preferred

1 year leadership experience
