Qualifications

• High School Diploma; A+ Certification or related training.
• Two years of experience in the technical support field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to students and staff and resolve computer problems for end users.
• Serve as primary support for student laptop hardware and software needs.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and purchases as needed.
• Train users on MIS policies and approved software and maintain documentation.
