Job summary

The University of New Mexico is seeking a Student Support Technician to provide tier 1 help for Opinio, Course Evaluations, and Qualtrics. You will document processes, update web pages, and assist with projects while collaborating with a small team.

This role is hybrid with mostly off-site work and some in-office commitments. Hours are 8:00AM–5:00PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or off-hours work.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at UNM.
• Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters; Audit hours do not count. If Work Study, you must meet satisfactory academic progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; teamwork; strong work ethic; organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review technical documentation to support Course Feedback, Esurvey, and/or Test Scoring for faculty and students.
• Work through email or phone with faculty, staff and students using our services.
• Provide reliable and accurate technical support for students, faculty, department chairs and administrators.
• Learn and work with UNM’s Qualtrics, EvaluationKIT, Esurvey Opinio, and/or Scantron applications.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues from these four services.
• Support the administration of campus-wide elections.
