The University of New Mexico School of Law IT Department seeks a responsible student to join our IT team. You will provide hands-on support for faculty, staff, and students, including Windows laptops/desktops, Office 365, printers, and various IT resources, while learning incident handling and user training in a legal education setting.

Role emphasizes troubleshooting, imaging, setup of new equipment, and contributing to security-minded IT practices.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Imaging computers using InTune or Jamf.
• Experience managing inventory systems.
• Familiar with Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of Windows laptops/desktops and Microsoft 365.
• Support printers and peripherals across the Law School.
• Triage help desk tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Imaging and setup of new systems and peripherals.
• Train faculty, staff, and students on supported technologies.
