Job summary
New Mexico Legal Aid is seeking an IT Specialist to provide frontline technical support and systems administration for its statewide legal aid technology environment. The role focuses on frontline onsite support in southern NM offices, with remote statewide assistance.
You will serve as the primary administrator for LegalServer, SharePoint, and 8x8, installing and maintaining hardware, software, and systems while delivering user-friendly training and ensuring secure, reliable IT services.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/CS/Information Systems (or related field).
- Three years of progressively responsible IT experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft products, Windows Server, and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to staff across NM offices.
- Administer and support enterprise applications (LegalServer, SharePoint).
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and IT assets.
- Develop training and documentation to improve staff efficiency and system use.
- Collaborate with leadership to map workflows and implement process improvements.
