Salem Academy and College seeks an IT Student Help Desk Associate to assist with classroom, office, and learning technologies in a fast-paced campus environment.

You will communicate with faculty, staff, and students via phone, email, ticketing system, chat, and in person, delivering high-quality user support while working within Technology Services. Training will be provided, and you will join a collaborative team on campus.

Qualifications

• Current Salem College student.
• No prior technology experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom, office, and learning technologies.
• Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students via phone, email, ticketing system, chat, and in person.
• Work as part of a team within Technology Services.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work across multiple projects.
• Help develop training materials for faculty, staff, and students.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the helpdesk and technology spaces.
• Exercise discretion with confidential information.
