Qualifications

• AV equipment and video conferencing experience preferred.
• Experience with telephone customer service.
• Windows 10/11 and Mac OS experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and assists users with specialized software.
• Creates reports, documents and how-to articles.
• Notifies appropriate technical groups of errors or equipment malfunctions requiring more advanced troubleshooting and analysis.
• Provide technical support for faculty and staff
• Monitor and troubleshoot classroom and AV technology
• Process IT inventory
• Deploy and setup IT equipment
• Other projects as assigned
