Job summary

The Elliot is seeking a motivated student radiology technologist to join our radiology department. You will perform radiography procedures under ASRT standards and assist the licensed practitioner in interventional procedures, while working under the supervision of the staff radiologic technologist.

You must be enrolled in an AMA-approved Radiologic Technologist program, and upon graduation you will obtain a temporary Medical Imaging license. You can pursue a BLS qualification during orientation.

• Enrollment in an AMA-approved Radiologic Technologist training program.
• Upon graduation, apply for a temporary Medical Imaging license.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiography procedures based on ASRT standards and code of ethics.
• Assists licensed practitioners in interventional procedures.
• Works under the supervision of the staff radiologic technologist.
• Completes annual mandatory education on time.
