Paylocity seeks a HUB Manager to lead day-to-day on-site operations at the HUB, focusing on student-facing activities, registration, orientation, and building relationships with students, families, and the community to support retention and achievement.

The role collaborates with HUB departments and staff to design engagement strategies while maintaining a safe, positive site culture that promotes student ownership and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform essential duties.
• At least 3 years of experience in a teaching or management position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with students, families, and the local community.
• Student Enrollment: Drive new student enrollments at the location and onboard new students.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to student services for continuous improvement.
• Site Culture: Maintain a positive site culture that emphasizes student-owned learning.
• Engagement Strategies/Activities: Plan and execute engagement strategies and activities with HUB and company staff.
• All Other Duties as Assigned
