Job summary

Tides Family Services is seeking a Youth Opportunity Hub Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Hub, ensuring programming runs smoothly and safely. You will coordinate calendars, logistics, and staff scheduling to support youth in a community-based setting.

You will act as a bridge among program leadership, mentors, clinicians, youth, families, and partners, fostering a welcoming, trauma-informed environment aligned with the Hub’s mission. Remote/onsite options not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social work, human services, education, youth development, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years working with youth in community-based settings.
• 1–2 years supervisory or program operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Youth Opportunity Hub to ensure programming is delivered on schedule and as designed.
• Coordinate and maintain the Hub activity calendar with workshops, events and partner activities.
• Manage staff schedules and daily coverage to ensure supervision and program readiness.
• Ensure facility readiness, safety checks and functioning equipment.
• Monitor and restock program supplies and manage inventory.
• Coordinate transportation logistics for youth and communicate with families.
• Track attendance and maintain accurate documentation for contracts and quality reviews.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of Hub staff in collaboration with leadership.
