Job summary

You will handle receptionist duties, payroll document preparation, and confidential file handling with flexible hours Monday–Friday. The position emphasizes accuracy, independence, and clear communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide receptionist support for the HR/Payroll unit and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Sort and prepare payroll-related documents for scanning and filing.
• Assist employees and the public with confidential information.
• Support Payroll and Benefits Unit with assignments and document handling.
• Track deadlines and assist in updates to forms and status of applications.
• Handle inquiries by telephone, e-mail, or in writing and update candidate records.
