Job summary

The California State University is seeking an Employee Services Analyst to provide integrated personnel transaction, payroll, and benefits support for university staff. You will audit and process employment documents, manage appointments, leaves, and separations, and ensure compliance with CSU policies and bargaining agreements.

You will also maintain records in PeopleSoft HR, PIMS, and MyCalPERS, assist with ACA processes, and prepare reports while upholding data privacy and service quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience in administrative analysis.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and employee transactions preferred.
• Knowledge of CSU policies and bargaining agreements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and audit employee job transactions per policy.
• Process appointments, leaves, and separations with compliance.
• Maintain data in PeopleSoft HR, PIMS, and MyCalPERS.
• Support benefits, leave, ACA administration, and reporting.
