Job summary

UC Santa Cruz seeks a Housing Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations for ARCH Housing Offices (Village, UTC, Delaware Apartments) and coordinate housing and roommate assignments. You will assist students with housing contracts, billing inquiries, and communications.

You will supervise student staff, maintain housing databases, and liaise with Student Housing Services and facilities to ensure smooth check-ins, room changes, and policy compliance.

• Supervise student office staff; ensure office coverage and training as needed.
• Liaise with Student Housing Services and facilities on housing administration.
