Job summary

UC Irvine’s Temporary Employment Services seeks a data-driven administrator to support Undergraduate Student Housing Residential Services. You will coordinate projects, manage data and records, and assist with onboarding new housing software in a fast-paced university environment.

You will prepare memos, reports, and presentations while delivering professional customer service to students, staff, and campus visitors, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with university policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating tasks independently in a team
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint; maintain organized files
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with a diverse campus community
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions in English

Responsibilities

• Support Undergraduate Student Housing Residential Services with data management and project coordination
• Assist the Director of Residential Services with onboarding of new housing software
• Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain data, records, and office procedures
• Prepare memos, reports, and presentations in standard business formats
• Provide professional customer service and collaborate with students, staff, faculty, and campus visitors while maintaining confidentiality
