Responsibilities

• Housing Office Operations: coordinate housing assignments and processes for students.
• Manage check-in/check-out and room changes; inform students by mail/email of housing assignments.
• Maintain housing rosters and use StarRez; update records; reconcile lists.
• Process billing, including charges for lost keys and room changes; maintain AIS records.
• Front desk reception; perform administrative duties and scheduling; support campus units.
• Supervise student office staff; arrange coverage and training; liaise with ARCH housing staff.
• Coordinate with Student Housing Services and other units; handle vendor communications and data.
