• Advise students and families on housing processes while ensuring FERPA compliance.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Business Office, and campus partners on housing needs.
• Assist with billing cycles and refunds via Banner interface.
• Update and test Housing Online Portal and process flows.
• Develop and distribute housing reports and dashboard metrics.
• Provide training to Residence Life staff on housing processes.
