Job summary

CLS Living is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a vibrant student housing community in Pensacola. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive leasing, rental income, and resident satisfaction while developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced collegiate setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in student/multifamily housing or a bachelor’s degree, strong financial and marketing skills, and proven leadership. Relocation assistance may be provided; Entrata experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Entrata.
• Knowledge of market rate and LIHTC programs, Fair Housing Laws, and EEO.
• Strong skills in staff recruitment and development, financial management, marketing strategy, scheduling, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the values and culture of CLS Living.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and professional environment for both staff and residents.
• Oversee daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, customer service, and vendor management.
• Maintain occupancy rates at or above 99% and optimize NOI through budgeting and cost control.
• Lead the development and execution of an annual marketing plan and track leasing goals.
