CLS Living is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our vibrant student housing communities. You will act as a customer-focused leader, overseeing daily operations, team development, budgeting, and strategic planning to deliver best-in-class service to residents and partners.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing or a related field, strong staff leadership, and proficiency with Entrata or similar systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2–5 years in student/multifamily housing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Working knowledge of market rate, LIHTC, Fair Housing Laws, and EEO laws.
• Strong skills in staff recruitment, financial management, marketing strategy, scheduling, and operations.

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team aligned with CLS Living values.
• Foster a collaborative, positive environment for staff and residents.
• Ensure staff trained in landlord/tenant statutes and safety regulations.
• Promote relationships with residents, parents, staff, university partners, and the community.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, customer service, and vendor management.
• Drive cost efficiency and refine systems to reduce costs.
• Maintain occupancy >= 99% and collections >= 98%.
• Lead annual marketing plan and track leasing goals.
• Coordinate events and campus partnerships.
