CLS Living is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our passionate, performance-driven team. This role supports property operations, leasing success, financial performance, and resident satisfaction, with primary focus on student housing/College life properties.

You will lead with the General Manager, help implement efficient systems, and foster a positive, collaborative office environment that delivers exceptional service to prospects and residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 2–4 years in student housing or a similar property management setting.
• Strong accounting skills and comfort with financial software.
• Proficiency in property management platforms (Entrata) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a high-performing, professional team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and local businesses.
• Oversee marketing opportunities, keep materials up to date, and support leasing activity.
• Monitor occupancy and collections targets, budgets, and vendor payments.
