Job summary

AeroGuard Flight Training Center, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Student Housing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of AeroGuard's Arizona student housing program. This role reports to the Housing Manager and helps ensure apartments are safe, organized, and move-in ready.

Responsibilities include housing planning, setup, inspections, inventory control, and coordinating with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and inventory management abilities.
• Proactive, self-starter with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Housing Manager with apartment preparations and move-in readiness.
• Organize inventory of furniture, appliances, and AeroGuard equipment.
• Set up and turnover apartments for new and returning students.
• Inspect apartments for maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
• Report deficiencies and coordinate maintenance follow-ups.
• Provide daily operational support for Arizona housing operations.
• Assist with housing-related projects and storage organization.
