Job summary

University Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for the physical integrity of communities and oversight of maintenance operations. This role centers on scheduling work orders, preparing new apartments for occupancy, and driving ongoing maintenance projects across properties.

The supervisor leads maintenance staff, provides training, and ensures compliance with OSHA/EPA guidelines while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; 2–3 years maintenance experience acceptable.
• Experience with building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and schedule work orders.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and make-ready activities.
