Job summary

University Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient operations across the community. The role requires hands-on work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus strong budgeting and scheduling skills to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Current HVAC certification is required.
• EPA Section 608 certification required, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations.
• Schedule and complete service requests, apartment turns, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safety, inventory, and records in CSR or property management systems.
• Coordinate vendors and manage maintenance budgets and expenditures.
• Respond to emergencies and provide on-call coverage.
