The Green at Waco Apartments in Waco, TX is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for our Student Housing community. You will conduct property tours, engage with prospective residents and families, and use marketing tools to generate leads and close leases.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities during peak leasing periods. Experience with CRM systems and social media campaigns is a plus, and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service or multifamily experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with prospects and parents.
• Comfortable conducting property tours and closing leases with confidence.

Responsabilités

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market
