The Tarantino-Properties,-Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for our Student Housing community located in Waco, TX.

You will work with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations, ensuring service excellence and occupancy goals. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of property management experience, specifically in student housing, with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management experience required.
• Experience in student housing required.
• Leasing experience required.
• Experience with rent collections, delinquency management, and resident ledgers.
• Experience handling renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and resident correspondence.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Property Manager in overseeing daily property operations, leasing performance, marketing initiatives, and resident satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach, and train the leasing team to meet leasing goals, company standards, customer-service expectations, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Drive occupancy and revenue goals by generating traffic, converting leads, and securing renewals.
• Develop and execute the property’s marketing strategy, including campus outreach, digital advertising, resident referrals, events, and local partnerships.
