You will manage applications, screenings, and signings, and collaborate with the property management team to ensure curb appeal and a great resident experience. Availability in evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed leasing or sales goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Generate interest in available units by showcasing community features and benefits.
• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents.
• Confidently present value propositions and close the lease.
• Manage applications, screenings, and lease signings.
• Partner with property management to ensure curb appeal and resident experience.
• Develop and implement innovative leasing and marketing strategies.
• Assist with advertising campaigns, online listings, and social media outreach.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay competitive.
• Provide coverage and consistent leasing service.
