Job summary

This role requires 1–3 years of leasing or sales experience, strong closing skills, and familiarity with property management software; availability evenings and weekends may be necessary; compensation is $11-$15 per hour with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing or sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed leasing goals.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in available units by showcasing community features and benefits.
• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents.
• Present value propositions and close the lease.
• Manage the leasing process, including applications, screenings, and lease signings.
• Partner with property management to ensure curb appeal and resident experience.
• Develop and implement innovative leasing and marketing strategies.
• Assist with advertising campaigns, online listings, and social media to drive traffic.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and bring fresh ideas.
• Provide coverage and consistent leasing service.
