ResProp Management is seeking a capable Leasing Specialist to manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, close the sale, and ensure a smooth resident experience. You’ll market the property, follow up with prospects, and help maintain occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates have strong sales skills, customer service focus, and tech comfort with property management apps. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and multiple shifts including evenings may be required.
