University Partners is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing for our student housing communities. You will supervise the leasing team, drive occupancy and renewals, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and support the Community Manager in operations.

The role requires strong leadership, sales, and data analysis skills, with a focus on customer service and professional leasing office management. Weekend availability is common in peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience leading leasing teams and driving occupancy/renewals.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Strong ability to analyze occupancy data and pricing trends.
• Proven customer service, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Leasing Consultants to achieve leasing and renewal goals.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with Fair Housing laws and policies.
• Oversee prospect management, lead response, tours, and closings.
• Review lease applications against rental criteria and maintain files.
• Maintain Entrata data accuracy and leasing reports.
• Develop marketing strategies to hit occupancy targets.
• Plan and execute the Marketing Calendar and promotions.
• Oversee social media and approve community communications.
