• 2+ years in customer-facing or sales roles.
• Experience in student housing or property marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing strategy for The Landing CoMo.
• Build relationships with residents and prospects; conduct tours.
• Manage monthly marketing calendar and campus outreach.
• Coach Leasing Specialist and Marketing Assistant; drive occupancy goals.
• Oversee social media presence and online reputation.
