Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a Leasing Manager for College Town Mankato, a 110-unit student housing community in Minnesota. The role focuses on coordinating leasing strategies, delivering high-quality resident service, and managing leasing processes to maximize occupancy.

Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional evenings/weekends based on business needs. The compensation ranges from $42,000 to $52,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in student housing or property management is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing team to achieve 95% occupancy annually.
• Execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue within budget.
• Conduct property tours and respond to leasing inquiries.
• Train and develop leasing staff when manager is unavailable.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Assist with campus and community marketing events and activities.
