Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Manager for College Town Mankato to coordinate sales and marketing strategies and maximize occupancy. You will deliver high quality customer service to residents and manage leasing processes to protect the property's reputation.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional after-hours duties. The compensation range is $42,000–$52,000 plus bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• One year or more of progressive experience in student housing or leasing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property team to achieve a minimum of 95% occupancy each year.
• Utilize effective sales strategies to maximize revenues while keeping concession spend at or below budget.
• Conduct all tours, respond to leasing inquiries, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Train Leasing Specialists and Community Assistants as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and community members.
• Support campus and community marketing efforts and events.
• Stay informed on market conditions and local competitors.
• Manage administrative, inventory and reporting tasks.
